    Although Justin is a relatively new team member for the Sailor program, his impact as a Graphic Artist has been immediate and profound. In our transition to an Agile environment, we look for individuals who do not just "Do" Agile, but know how to "Be" Agile and Justin is a true champion of these principles. He proactively shares knowledge and resources across the graphic arts team, fostering an environment where growth and informed decision making are becoming the standard. By going the extra mile to align our artistic outputs with instructional goals, Justin has ensured team success and program alignment.
